| Parking |
| One vehicle per site |
| No parking near the dump station or marina |
| Guests of Renters |
| The owner of the RV must be present when guests are visiting and the owner must accompany the guest to all park amenities |
| Guests of renters may not bring a pet |
| Occupancy |
| Annual and 6-month renters must abide by the 55+ and over park rules; including one person must be 55 and all others need to be over 45. |
| Month-to-month renters need one person over 45 |
| Boat Ramp & Trailer Parking |
| RV renters may bring one boat by advance arrangement with the manager |
| Use of the boat ramp is free |
| The parking fee is for the boat/trailer when available is $10 plus tax per month |
