Harbor Oaks has a nine-member Board Of Directors (elected by the leaseholders) which serve for 3-year terms with, 3 members standing for election every year. The Board meets every 2 weeks in the winter season and every 3 weeks during the summer months.

Management: The park employs its own resident manager.

Maintenance: There are 2 full-time maintenance employees and one part-time cleaning person.

Amenities include, the club house, shuffle board, petanque and a solar heated pool and a spa.

There are 207 homes in Harbor Oaks, 179 are owned by shareholders and there are 27 renters. The maintenance fee which includes: water, sewerage, garbage and basic lawn mowing is $125.00 per month. Trimming and landscape maintenance are the responsibility of the leaseholder.
